When you apply for a refund request for cancellation, your request will be analyzed and evaluated. Once it gets approval, your refund will initiate. Note that the Internet Payment charges will be deducted from your original payment amount.

The refund amount will be reflected in your account within a few days. The number of days could vary according to your card issuer policies. The refund will only be initiated to the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase.

  • Net Banking – 3 to 5 working days

If you do not receive the refund within the above-mentioned time frame, then we request you to contact your bank/debit or credit card issuer regarding the same.

Cancellation Policy

FUEL ON CLICK will not charge any cancelation fees for the orders that are canceled before dispatch. Thereafter, a cancelation fee is charged to the buyer that is payable to the dealer.

After post confirmation of the order, if the dealer fails to deliver the product, then FUEL ON CLICK shall not be answerable to either party for order cancelation or its supply in any eventuality.

During the delivery process, if the dealer or its agent or representative refuses to follow the applicable rules or fails to comply with the same, then the buyer shall have the complete right to cancel the order immediately without paying any cancelation fees. Any partial order which is already delivered shall be payable by the buyer.
